love and thanks

No sleep.

Pass or fail.

I need a break.

Drama in the group.

Six tests in seven days.

Nine different evalution forms.

Unrecognized flu strain on campus.

And a legion of people praying for me.

Sometimes people might think that school is something too small for God to notice. Does He really care if you pass this class? In the Grand Scheme, does it matter? If you pray for help with these finals, will it do any good? Will He listen? The answer to all of these questions is "Yes!" Of course He cares! He's your Father, and He loves you more deeply and completely than you could possibly imagine. So believe that He'll give the help that He said He would.
James tells us that prayer must be mixed with faith. They praying is only half of it. So believe.

Note: If certain Journey songs help to drive this point home, then by all means listen to them.

+1 The Lord will sustain you through your dark hours. And when you think back in a few weeks, your forgotten troubles will mirror the strength and the courage of your soul.
